SYNERGIA is looking for public-private partners for the creation of a business and operational model of innovative co-housing. The project intends to support public-private initiatives for the diffusion of green collaborative clusters of families and singles joining a participatory process that involves both the design of the structure and the organization of community life. These communities, composed of private homes open to different targets (young couples, elders, seasonal workers etc.) and businesses (such as tourist facilities) supplemented by shared facilities, are planned, owned and managed by the residents.

The LAG South Istria network includes 10 local governments and have a strong experience in mobilizing the local communities in being more active citizens; through a bottom up approach contributes to a sustainable development of the rural area. Dear Rebecca and Giovanni,

We are a regional authority in North Aegean sea (based in Lesbos island) and we are very much interested in your project proposal. Apart from the dimension you put concerning the tourist facilities that we can very well accommodate for (as out islands are touristic) I wonder if you are willing to put the dimension of refugees (which is a very hot subject in the E.U right now). And our island in the North Aegean region are those that heavily visited from refugees and there are lack of shelters for them.

Either way with the refugee dimension or not your project proposal sounds very appealing and we would be happy to collaborate and contribute to something fruitful.

    Yours sincerely,

    Stratos Vougioukas

Stella Astirakaki I Wines of Crete

    Dear Rebecca and Giovanni,

“Wines of Crete” is a non-profit organization, since 2006, which represents approximately the 90% of Cretan wineries. At the moment, there are 31 Wineries all over Crete that are listed as members.

Main Goals: Expand and promote our wine quality, our 11 indigenous varieties, the Winetourism in Crete by any effective means, under generic and horizontal actions for all of our winery-members.
The creation of a EU clustering focusing in alternative tourism and exchanging methods would be really interesting for our entity.

Let us know if you’d consider us as partner in your project.
