    Dear All,
We are looking for a leader, either regional or local public authority, for a project within Priority Axis 2: SO EE in Public Buildings, subthematic focus: Energy Strategies, management models and solutions for deep renovation in public buildings.

    Problem:
Many local authorities of all sizes have developed ambitious local or regional action plans to reduce the energy consumption in all pertaining sectors. Buildings account for more than 40% of overall energy consumption. Nearly zero energy buildings are one of the crucial concepts to support implementation of local and regional energy plans and to achieve ambitious goals.

    Solution:
The goal of the project is to enable development and enhancement of competences in both public and private sector based on:
1.past implemented retrofitting or new energy efficient building projects („lessons learnt“).
    2.development of detailed guides/methodology/solutions.
3.development of guidelines that would enhance knowledge on smart metering solutions required to enable monitoring and verification of energy performance of building

Type of project M2 – Testing, main activities
1.Conduct a preliminary study of past projects.
2.Develop common methodology for NZEB project development.
3.Develop a series of optimal economic and energy solutions/concepts for NZEB
4.Transfer the knowledge to public sector

Contact us if you are interested in this project:
