The Corsican Developement Fund ( Caisse de Développement de la Corse) is a financial institution with public and private funding whose main shareholders are the Region of Corsica, the French state and various financial corporations.
In conjunction with regional, national and European public policies, our primary concern is about accelerating an inclusive, smart and sustainable growth for the island.
By allowing better access to bank financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, we support investments and, in the end, job creations in productive sectors of Corsica such as tourism, agro-food industry or else renewable energies.
We also pay close attention to financial support for start-ups through innovation funds.
The studying phase (M1) of our project consists in analyzing, understanding and comparing access to funding in the MED zone for setting up or development of businesses led by small or medium-sized enterprises aiming to promote green and blue growth.
The testing phase (M2) will consist in evaluating and challenging the best financial tools, in order to deploy and share the best practices in the cooperation zone.
We are consequently looking for partners likely to assist us in the M1 & M2 modules of this very concrete project aiming to improve access to bank financing for small and medium-sized enterprises in the cooperation zone, with a special attention for island issues.

    Dear Uligino,
I write you from the Granada County Council and, in particular, from the provincial development delegation of the Granada County Council. This Delegation was founded at the end of 1993 to promote local development of our municipalities and the Province as a whole.

With regards your project proposal, although Granada is one of the provinces with the highest arrivals of tourists of Spain, those are not equally distributed by the province. In addition to a spatial uneven distribution, tourism in Granada follows the Mediterranean Coast of the province pattern of one peak season in the summer months (37% of the tourist arrivals are seasonal). Both provincial and temporal concentration of tourism have important consequences on the provincial labour markets and impact in our tourism enterprises.

As a consequence, the tourism specialization and seasonality have become an important role in the provincial strategies developed for the Granada County Council in order to reduce the impact of the seasonality. For it, we are developing several actions addressed to adapt the tourism services to the fluctuation of the market demand during the different seasons.

The Granada County Council is aware of the importance of the tourism for the socioeconomic development of our province and, for it, we have the determination to advance in this way with the participation of all the socio-economic actors and organizations that work in this direction in our province as is the Provincial Tourism Foundation.

We have a large experience in the management of European projects.

Dont hesitate to request us more information. We will be grateful if you could take into consideration our participation on the project!

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hi Simona Melchiorri,

ACRAL is a multisectorial business association in the Algarve Region of Portugal, founded in 1979, and we have more tan 4000 associated companies. The tourism sector is of paramount importance in the region as it powers the whole economy of Algarve.
So, we face exactly the same issues like you do, regarding seasonality, and we wish to do everything in our power to correct that situation.

In that spirit we would like to be your partner, and together develop a way to improve the economies of our regions. We look forward to work with you Mrs. Simona.

Waiting for your feedback, we wish you the best.

    Dear all,

he Municipality of VOLVI, is situated in Northern Greece and we believe that combines all the issues on which you focus by your proposed project. Furthermore the Municipality has been involved in several european funded programs, especially Interreg Programs, so it has a great experience.

We believe that our municipality can achieve the transaction from 3S to 3Es and expand the tourism industry period in an annual basis, using its agriculture and agritourism – culture and cultural events – medical tourism , etc.

    Thank you in advance
