The Ephorate of Antiquities of Cyclades is a regional service of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture (http://www.yppo.gr). Its jurisdiction area includes the administrative region of the islands of the southern Aegean Sea (Cyclades).
Besides the planning and execution of works of conservation, restoration and excavation research, development, operation and management of archaeological museums, the Ephorate focuses at the promotion of monuments and archaeological sites.
Through co-funded European programmes and Cross-Border Cooperation, such as the one established in Interreg Mediterranean, the Ephorate aims at promoting cultural heritage through collaboration with other countries, public authorities, institutions, associations, NGO’s, research bodies, etc and development of several tools.

The ”Libero Consorzio Comunale di Caltanissetta” is a public authority of Sicily, is one of nine units in which the island’s territory is divided. They are part of its territory 22 municipalities and has a population of about 250,000 inhabitants. It’s located in the central part of Sicily to the south sea “Channel of Sicily”. The Authority is responsible for the construction and maintenance of roads and schools, environmental protection and social services, cultural and local development. In particular it is very active in international cooperation service for the management of projects with partners in the Mediterranean basin. It has considerable experience in the Interreg programs and neighborhood programs euro-Mediterranean. We’re looking for projects that can contribute to sustainable development of the area.

I’m writing on behalf of an Italian creative SME, the Antroposervice Sas, in the touism field, having developed an original training methodos for entrepreneurship in the cultural tourism sector, in cooperation with higher education institutions and a counseling school for creative business.
We have a long and deep experience in international cooperation in Europe, Russina Federation, Kazakhstan, India, especially organizing congresses, workshops and training events in the field of human sciences, psychotherapy, medicine, etc.. for over 35 years, .
We can count upon a very experienced team of professional and experts in various field (psychologists, psychotherapists, psychoatrists, engineers, agronomists, lawyers, economists, counselors, ect.) as well as in international cooperation.
We’ve been investigating for more than 35 years how to “interpret” intangible cultural heritage (for instance Greek Mithology, Celtic, etc.) in a contemporary perspective, researching innovative methodologies and paradigms to make use of it and have a real impact on people’s life as well as on communities, territories and institutions.
Over tme this lead to outcomes in different dimensions; on a scientific level in means realization of international congresses, research findings and sharing (for further investigations) pubblication of proceedings; in a trans-national, trans-cultural level, it meant the signature of research MoU between western and eastern Europe and Asia and the start-up of common research endeavours; at a cultural level it meant the realization and staging, all over Europe, of several theatrical pieces; at social and economical level it means creation of new and “innovative” jobs, creation of new tourism flows (professional, therapeutic and experintial torism), also in “minor” cities, connected to this scientific-cultural production, innovation in the interaction between private and public institutions as well as in audience development, innovation in training and education methods and perspective, with the creation of new professional figures, or in the enrichment of existing ones.

As further consequence of this process, a spin-off Company, Antroposervice Sas, was created, whose core business is the analysis and use of cultural and natural heritage (both tangible and intangible) for the sustainable development of territories through culture-art-sport creative events and experiential tourism. An example is the Festival of the two Parks (www.festivaldeidueparchi.it ; FB: https://www.facebook.com/Festival-dei-due-Parchi-120653364612694/) with a yearly programme of activities especially in the mountain area, in central Italy, as a successfull model of innovative multi-stakeholders participatory approach: regions, municipalities, national parks, private companies, local associations, diversified audience, bringing citizens on the stage “as participants” in the development and conservation of the territory and its eco-systems.
Thanks to its expertise Antroposervice Sas is partner in a European project investigating innovative models to develop off-season and minor-routes tourism in Europe (COSME Programme, COS-TFLOWS-2014-3-15).

The IEDT is the local development public agency for the province of Cadis (NUTS III ES612). Its main objective is to improve the social, economic and technological development and employment in the province, through different public policies, initiatives and projects. It does so through direct interventions in the territory as well as with different partnerships with the municipalities and other local government bodies, including also the main social and economic stakeholders in the province.

In the last 25 years, the IEDT has accrued a deep proficiency in managing and implementing a wide array of EU programmes in many different levels, such as national, transnational or cross-border. It has managed more than 450M euros in direct cooperation with different Managing Authorities and Intermediate Bodies (ERDF, ESF and other funds), developing a deep understanding of the EU procedures as well as the administrative and operative capabilities necessary for that kind of tasks, including specific audit and validation departments.

The IEDT is interested in participating as partner in such a project; it has already worked in different Interreg projects regarding the cultural and patrimonial heritage of the province, as well as directly funding by itself different projects of tourist development related to this topic.
