ECIPA, the Service and Training Agency of the Italian National Confederation of Craftsmen and SMEs for Veneto and Friuli Venezia-Giulia regions, together with the Institute of Marine Sciences (ISMAR) of the Italian National Research Council (CNR), is looking for partners for the project proposal “REcreational Sustainability ProtEction Coastal Tourism-driven” (RESpeCT), in the context of the MED 2014 – 2020 programme.
We are currently looking for co-beneficiary partners coming from Spain and France, which possess ad-hoc instruments for water detections, able to estimate rivers and sewage discharges as well as microbiological loads from common meteorological services.
More specifically, potential partners from Spain and/or France should be able to endorse a methodology based on laboratory culture for the analysis of fecal populations, in the context of the enhancement of the recreational value of coastal areas through the integration of information obtained by a tool composed by a numerical model and a molecular method to analyze fecal pollution.
