The eleven Horizontal projects that have been selected to submit a full application form were invited to participate in a seminar in Marseille on 26th April (multilateral meeting) and 27th April 2016 (bilateral meetings) dedicated to the preparation of their full application form.

An information seminar on Horizontal Projects was organised in Marseille on Tuesday 22nd September, 2015. It was the occasion for the Joint Secretariat to give details about the Terms of Reference and the application procedures. The JS team answered the following questions: How to set up a horizontal project? How will it work with modular projects? What results and communication activities are expected from the horizontal projects?
