Albanian Development Fund (ADF) is a public agency whose mission is programming and implementing Regional Development Plans and projects. ADF is a Government instrument to ensure implementation of public infrastructural and economic development investments in the Albanian territory, in regional and local level. ADF portfolio is around 80 mln USD/Year, arising from state budget and financial institutions such as World Bank, EU, EIB, CEB, EBRD, KfW etc. ADF is headed by a Board of Trustees chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of Albania, and whose members are Ministers, such as Transport, Urban Development, Economy etc. ADF main offices are located in Tirana with 9 local offices in the other regions, covering all the territory of Albania with around 80 employees.
