Friuli Innovazione Research and Technology Transfer Centre was set up in 1999 by the University of Udine and other local partners, both public and private, representing industry associations, public administrations and research institutions.
Friuli Innovazione main areas of intervention are: technology transfer, business financing, business start-up, hosting service for enterprises willing to establish their headquarter in the technological park.
We are an innovation agency acting to develop and implement at regional level a shared strategy and objectives in innovation and technology transfer: our mission is to support the creation of innovative businesses through its own incubator and to deliver support programmes to companies, in particular SMEs to gain competitiveness thanks to the introduction of product and/or process innovation.
Main fields of interest to be developed in new projects and collaboration:
1) Start ups: support activities and new financing schemes for start ups;
2) SMEs: technology transfer actions aiming at improving SMEs competitiveness, innovation management and eco energy management in SMEs;
In the last 10 years, Friuli Innovazione managed several EU transantional R&I projects,acting as project partner as well as project coordinator.
We area available to join partnershpip in all innovation-related topics addressing ICT, blue growth, green growth, creative industries and social innovation.
