    Manolo Millán López

    Hello,
My name is Manolo Millán, I’m an technical engineer involved with GEREDIS,non-profit expert’s society that brings together researchers, academics and professionals from different fields of Geomatics Sciences, ICT and Energy with the aim of promoting the research, development, projects implementation and the diffusion of all these sciences and technologies applications especially in benefit of our societies, industries and environment.

GEREDIS is a non-profit expert’s society that brings together researchers, academics and professionals from different fields of Geomatics Sciences, ICT and Energy with the aim of promoting the research, development, projects implementation and the diffusion of all these sciences and technologies applications especially in benefit of our societies, industries and environment. We currently are working closely with Ceteck, multidisciplinary group of engineering products and services from Valencia (Spain).

We have a skilled international team of project managers with experience in managing technically and economically international projects worldwide. Our team has a proven experience in the design, implementation and management of projects in the mentioned areas including for ESA programs and FP7 or Eurostars. During last years we have also participated in cooperation projects from the ENPI program as HELAND, LOCAL-SATS or SUPEP (this last project about energy efficiency in Palestine), among others with national funding the most of them oriented toward the improvement of governance processes and monitoring of sustainability and environment of cities and regions. Thanks to these projects we have gained lot of experience and speeded our partner networks.

Currently we are working in a technological project based in a paradigm of information consumption analysis , the signal processing analysis which could be used in public buildings. In this way conventional data provided by meters and user data is processed like a signal processing source by a signal analysis engine. Thus, this methodology provides of a new set of tools that allows to correlate, and filtrate information in a way that in conventional analysis was not performed, giving us the capability to predict or prevent possible situations or to further analyze past events.”

We are looking for partners to cooperate in this MED programme, maybe it could be interesting for you, if so, we need you to contact with public organitzations acting as lead partners if possible. Our objective is to use an own project in advanced development in this programme and we need partners to get a consortium.

Please don’t hesitate to ask us whatever question or clarification you need. Looking forward to hearing from you and your proposal soon if you are interested.

Many thanks for your attention, best regards.

We are pleased to announce that our partnership is practically defined, it contains entities representatives from several countries and the lead role partner has been at last defined. if still there are interested entities to participate, we´re assesing the possibility to add any other partner. It´s important to highlight it can´t be private and it was capable to add at least one municipality where our energy efficiency systems can be integrated in some of its public buildings.

    Thank you for your attention,

    Manolo.

    Dear Mr. Millán,

We would like to indicate our interest to study the possibility of becoming a Portuguese partner of your consortium.
Established 1984, the “Departamento do Património Histórico e Artístico da Diocese de Beja” [DPHA] (Department of Historical and Artistic heritage, Diocesis of Beja) is a pioneer ONG, operating with national, regional and local authorities, in safeguarding the religious heritage. In particular, it is in charge of the cultural heritage of the Beja region, in the South of Portugal, between the Atlantic ocean and the Spanish border. The Diocese of Beja keeps over 200.000 inventoried works of art in churches, monasteries, convents and museums and over 500 buildings.
The experience of Beja is particularly relevant in inventories, conservation, publications and development of local communities. The DPHA chose to enlarge its range of activities on heritage and biodiversity in order to involve a wider public. In addition, organizes since 2003 the Festival Terras sem Sombra (FTSS), which aims to become accessible the monuments of Alentejo. This is due to a partnership between the DPHA as well the “dynamic forces” of Alentejo.

    Dear Manolo Lopez Millan,
I am writing you on behalf of the public utility company “Komunalno Brcko”, from Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Public utility company “Komunalno Brcko”, is a public company founded by the public authorities of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Main activities of the public utility company are:
    – supply and distribution of electricity,
    – production, processing and delivery of drinking water,
    – collection and wastewater disposal,
    – collection, transport and disposal of waste and
    – maintenance of green areas and public hygiene in the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We are interested in to participating as a partner in the project and as a partner of IPA funding structures. From the participation in the project, we would expect the following activities and results:
To develop a study to show which way of heating residential buildings by using heat pumps is a cost-effective – the one where the heat is taken from the outdoor air or the other where the heat is taken out of the land. The study would provide the indicators that shows savings of energy by heat pumps compared to heating with electricity. The research results can serve as a guideline for decision making related to heating of all public and private buildings.
As part of this project, it will be carried out upgrading of heating system in the administrative building of the Public Utility Company “Komunalno Brcko” by heat pumps. The existing method of heating the administrative building is by using electro boilers.
The estimated value of the entire project is approximately 100.000,00 euro.
If this project idea fits into the concept and the other consortium partners agree, please contact us and specify which project role would be our.
    Sincerely,
